FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and pharmaceuticals, namely to a vaccine against avian Glasser’s disease inactivated in the form of a suspension, including inactivated antigens obtained on the basis of strains of Avibacterium paragallinarum bacteria, and pharmacologically acceptable target additives, characterized in that the antigens are prepared on the basis of Avibacterium paragallinarum bacteria deposited in the State collection of pathogenic microorganisms in Obolensk: strain B-7770, serotype “A” with the inclusion of an antigen solution in the composition of the vaccine in the volume of 0.1699 cm3, strain B-8407, 1130917/Atyashevo B, serotype “B” with the inclusion of an antigen solution in the vaccine in the volume of 0.165 cm3, strain B-8408, 150215/TulaS2, serotype" C " with the inclusion of an antigen solution in the vaccine in the volume of 0.165 cm3, and the concentration of microbial cells in each volume of the antigen solution used is 6.0 billion microbial cells per 1 ml, and all components are calculated based on one commercial dose of 1.0 cm3.
EFFECT: high immunogenicity, areactogenicity of the vaccine against avian Glasser’s disease.
