SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely, to a method for producing a castoreum extract composition for producing an agent exhibiting a general strengthening, tonic, immunomodulatory effect. A method for producing a castoreum extract composition for production of an agent exhibiting a general strengthening, tonic, immunomodulatory effect, including pre-drying, grinding into a uniform finely-dispersed powder, wherein the extracts obtained after each filtration are mixed and evaporated on a rotary evaporator at a temperature of 60°C, vacuum of 12 mm Hg. and a rotor speed of 80 rpm in the presence of excipients with a high particle dispersion, to a constant weight, wherein the raw material is extracted with a 70% water solution of ethyl alcohol at a weight ratio of the parts of 1:5, the mixture is sustained for 14 days without the access of light at a temperature of 15 to 20°C, the extract is separated by filtration, extraction is executed at least 3 times, the last one is executed using ultrasound in a cavitation mode for 40 to 60 minutes at a frequency of 37 to 38 kHz and a temperature of 15 to 20°C, wherein after the mixture has been sustained for 14 days, wherein microcrystalline cellulose, lactose or combination thereof in an amount of 200 g per 1 liter of the extract are used as excipients with a high particle dispersion during evaporation.

EFFECT: composition exhibiting a general strengthening, tonic and immunomodulatory effect; the described method increases the technological production process, increases the yield of the extract; the composition produced by the described method constitutes a bulk powder with uniform distribution of components throughout the entire volume.
