Then, the prognostic risk factor for ventricular tachycardia is calculated according to the original formula. The formula is calculated using the indicator of the level of beta-adrenoreactivity of red blood cell membranes in the blood. If the prognostic coefficient based on the results of determining the level of beta-adrenoreactivity of erythrocyte membranes in the blood is 0.304 or more, then the patient is predicted to have a high risk of ventricular tachycardia.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of antiarrhythmic therapy in patients with a high risk of ventricular tachycardia, thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
