SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of communication and, in particular, to a method and device for information processing, a communication device, and a communication system. A method for information processing in a communication system is proposed. According to the method, an initial position k0 (i) of an output bit sequence is obtained in an encoded block with low-density parity-check (LDPC), in which the output bit sequence is a version with excessiveness for i-th transmission. The output bit sequence in the encoded block is determined based on the length E (i) of the output bit sequence and the initial position k0 (i), wherein the encoded block is stored in a ring buffer, and i is integer more than or equal to 0.
EFFECT: increased information processing performance.
