FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to mechanical engineering. The declared system contains a monitoring system and a vibration damping system. The monitoring system contains a spectrum analyzer (2-2) and three vibration sensors (2-1), which are fixed on the drilling part (1-2) of the road header. The vibration damping system contains a microprocessor (3-2) and vibration damping devices (3-1) with variable damping, which are evenly distributed along the peripheral edge of the rotating platform (1-6) and are used for direction finding of the integrated inertial positioning device (1-5). Three vibration sensors (2-1) are electrically connected to the spectrum analyzer (2-2). The spectrum analyzer (2-2) and the upper and lower wiring ports of the variable damping vibration damping device (3-1) are separately electrically connected to the microprocessor (3-2). The method discloses the use of the system for a positioning device.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity to position and tilt angle, as well as improved accuracy and performance of the positioning device in real time.
