FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technologies of measurement of a drive, in particular to a method for measurement of a drive for a heading machine, using a laser sensor and an orientation sensor. According to the method, a device for measurement of a distance and a light-reflecting target are installed, a laser beam is directed to the light-reflecting target, using the laser sensor. The laser beam reflected with the light-reflecting target is received, and time between sending and reception of the laser beam is determined on a timer to calculate distance L from the laser sensor to the light-reflecting target, as well as to automatically measure a drive overcome with the heading machine. In addition, amount C of returned light is controlled, laser beam penetration to the target is determined based on amount of returned light, and a process of aiming at the target is started in a proper way. According to the method for measurement of a drive for a heading machine, according to the present invention, a device for measurement of a distance and a light-reflecting target for automatic measurement of a drive of the heading machine are installed. In addition, laser beam penetration to the target is determined based on amount of returned light measured with the laser sensor to activate, when necessary, a head of a stand of a control engine for aiming at the target, which increases accuracy and completeness of measurement of a distance.
EFFECT: provision of high accuracy of measurement of a drive, as well as reduction in labor intensity.
