FIELD: railroad transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to suspensions of railroad vehicles. An active high-speed train performance control system comprises a sensor mounted on the train, a controller and an output apparatus. The output apparatus therein is located at the junction between two adjacent train wagons. The output apparatus consists of a power unit, an output unit and a body for placement thereof. The power unit consists of an engine and an overdrive system comprising a main overdrive and a secondary overdrive. The output unit contains an inertial rotating ring, a torque transmission ring and a connecting ring constituting hollow circular rings. The torque transmission ring is installed between the inertial rotating ring and the connecting ring. The outer circumference of the inertial rotating ring is equipped with teeth, and the inertial rotating ring engages with the secondary overdrive by means of the teeth.

EFFECT: providing compensation of unstable movement of the body of the vehicle under the impact of dynamic disturbances of the body of the vehicle.
