FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wet dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Gas washer comprises a body composed of upper and lower sections, a nozzle for introducing a dusty gas, a branch pipe for the outlet of the purified gas, a splash trap with a centrifugal swirler and a branch pipe for draining liquid from the splash trap, irrigation device, plates with a stabilizer, a nozzle for periodic irrigation of the swirler and a slurry tank. Plate is additionally equipped with a vibrator made in the form of a peripheral part of the plates and fixed directly on the plates, or the vibrator is formed in the shape of a central part of the plates and fixed directly on the plates. Irrigation device is made in the form of a nozzle with a screw conical swirl, and coaxially located and rigidly connected to it in the upper part of the fitting with an inlet cylindrical hole connected to the diffuser, which is axially symmetric in the housing, on the cut of which a perforated disk is placed, and in the lower part of the case there is an axially symmetric body with a nozzle with at least three projections centering it in an axial cylindrical chamber. Nozzle is made with a central hole, on the inner surface of which a screw thread is made, and a hollow helical conical swirler is placed between the perforated disk and the nozzle. Nozzle is pressed against the atomizer body by a threaded washer with a central confuser.
