FIELD: shipborne artillery.
SUBSTANCE: shipborne artillery installation contains a machine that provides horizontal guidance of the machine guns, on which a cradle with machine guns is located, which have blocks of barrels with nozzles for connection with the injection and discharge hoses of the forced flow cooling system of the machines. The machine is mounted on the barbette of the ship communicating with the underdeck room. The machine has a through hole for removing the coolant spilled during the dismantling of the machines from the barrel blocks after disconnecting the nozzles of the machines with the injection and discharge hoses. On the lower side of the machine, a drainage hose is provided, the upper end of which is hermetically fixed at the location of the hole, and the lower end is freely located in the immediate vicinity of the ship's drainage system in the underdeck room. The lower end of the drainage hose is equipped with a plug that allows the coolant to accumulate inside the hose, the plug is installed with the ability to detach from the drainage hose to discharge the coolant.
EFFECT: elimination of the ingress of coolant during dismantling of the machines on electrical equipment and other units of the artillery installation, increasing the reliability of the artillery installation.
