FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a downhole tool for use in a wellbore. The downhole valve tool includes a bottom member having a central opening extending therethrough and at least one valve channel. A piston valve is slidably disposed within the lower member to selectively block hydraulic communication between the central bore and one or more valve ports. The upper element is connected to the lower element and contains an inlet channel, at least one hydraulic communication channel, an outlet channel and an opening for a replaceable unit made inside the side wall of the upper element. The replaceable unit is located inside the hole for the replaceable unit and contains a spring rod, a cartridge sleeve located with the ability to move at least part of the spring rod. The displacement element is engaged with the cartridge sleeve. The breaking pin contains a working surface, is located inside at least part of the sleeve of the replaceable unit and is engaged with a spring rod. The rupture pin is made with the possibility of rupture due to the application of fluid pressure on the working surface. According to the second embodiment of the invention, rupture of the pin by fluid pressure from the central hole and release of fluid pressure allows the displacement element to expand and move the liner of the replaceable unit in the axial direction, allowing the fluid to pass to one or more of the following replaceable units through the communication channel or to the upper end of the piston valve, thereby biasing the valve allowing communication between the central opening and one or more valve passages. A method for opening a downhole valve tool is claimed.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and reliability of the downhole valve tool, ensures the modularity of the design and simplifying the tool setting.
