FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and shipbuilding. The sound-vibration insulating element consists of an elastic element with a cavity in which a coil with reinforcing elements is installed. The coil consists of a set of reinforcing elements of two structures, interconnected by an elastomeric sealing washer. Each set contains at least two reinforcing elements, separated by a gap filled with a thin layer of viscous liquid. The thickness of the gap of the first structure is 0.3÷0.6 mm. The thickness of the gap of the second design is 0.2÷0.4 mm. Each gap is sealed with an elastomeric sealing washer. The structure of one type of reinforcing element is twice as large in height and two times smaller in the inner diameter of the structure of the second type of reinforcing element.
EFFECT: expanding the range of working hydrostatic loads and expanding the frequency range in which the sound-absorbing efficiency of hydroacoustic protection devices is ensured.
