SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be used to determine the duration of the use of low-molecular-weight heparin (LMH) after abdominal delivery for the prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in carriers of the Leiden mutation, genotype F5 G1691A. To do this, the degree of resistance of factor Va to activated protein C (APC-R) is determined by the normalized ratio (NR) on day 10 after abdominal delivery. In the event when the indicator АРС-R≤0.49, preventive doses of calcium nadroparin are administered during 42 days of the postpartum period.
EFFECT: invention provides effective prevention of thromboembolic complications due to individual assessment of the state of the hemostasis system in this group of patients.
