SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, in particular, to testing of elements and assemblies of diesel fuel equipment, and is intended for testing piston pairs and discharge valves of motor and tractor engines directly on the pump. The apparatus is equipped with a spiral-shaped high-pressure fuel supply line with a length equal to the length of the high-pressure fuel supply line of the tested pump, making it possible to increase the accuracy of the test results. A fuel collection tank is installed at the lower end of the handle of the apparatus, eliminating the possibility of fuel getting on the surface of parts of the pump and the engine, while improving the working conditions of the operator at the workplace. The tank is installed instead of a cap with a hole at the lower end of the handle of the apparatus. The proposed device has a shut-off valve allowing for adjusting the pressure in the pressure gauge. The presence of a shut-off valve makes it possible to increase the productivity of the testing process, and also to increase the resource of the apparatus due to the exclusion of additional assembly operations.

EFFECT: increasing accuracy of the test results, improving the working conditions at the workplace, increasing the productivity of the testing process.
