FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine building, particularly, to tests of elements and assemblies of fuel equipment of diesel engine, and is intended for testing of delivery valve of fungus type on hydraulic density. Disclosed is diesel fuel pump pressure valve testing device consisting of installation unit of tested pressure valve (15), hydraulic accumulator (23) with pressure gauge (24) and hand pump (18) with suction (19) and return (20) valves. On the discharge fuel line (25) between the hand pump and hydraulic accumulator there is additionally installed closing valve (33). On suction (17) and drain (29) branch pipes fuel filters (31 and 30) are installed. Pressing force of valve seat (14) to seal washer (4) of device is created and controlled by means of two flush dynamometric collars (12) of pressure screw (7), and the axial position of the delivery valve is controlled and controlled by setscrew (8) and dial gauge (35) located in the lower part of the set screw. Spent fuel flows into fuel collector (32) and flows into fuel tank (16).
EFFECT: higher accuracy of test results of pressure valve.
