SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of alcoholic beverages. A mixture of rectified ethyl alcohol and drinking water purified by a reverse osmosis filter to a specific conductivity of 15 to 23 mcS/cm is prepared in order to produce vodka with an alcoholic content of 40%, mixed, filtered, fed into a conditioning vat, an alcohol solution including dihydroquercetin is added thereto, mixed thoroughly, alcohol content is tested and control filtration is executed, followed by introducing the mixture and molecular hydrogen into a flow column filled with a palladium-based catalyst.

EFFECT: invention provides acceleration of the production process, prevention of spoilage of the product during storage, and a resulting product enriched with substances providing a tonic, stimulating, adaptogenic and alcoprotective effect.
