FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution with proof value 40% using rectified ethyl alcohol "LUKS" and purified drinking water treated by reverse osmosis. Preliminary flax seeds are infused two-fold in an aqueous- -spirituous liquid and an aqueous-spirituous infusions of the 1-st and the 2-d blend are prepared that are combined, filtered and filtrate is added in the process of preparing an aqueous- -spirituous solution to mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "LUKS" and water treated by reverse osmosis. Then an aqueous- -spirituous solution is purified with activated carbon by its passing through carbon-cleansing battery followed by vodka feeding into finishing tank where a mixture of fructose and ascorbic acid dissolved preliminary in treated water is added. Vodka is subjected for thorough stirring, proof value is corrected and filtered. For production of 1000 dal of vodka "SADKO" components are used in the following ratio: fructose, 5.5-6.5 kg; ascorbic acid, 0.04-0.06 kg; flax an aqueous- -spirituous infusion of the 1-st and the 2-d blend, 3.5-4.5 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "LUKS" and water treated by reverse osmosis, the balance, to obtain the blend value proof 40%. Method provides preparing vodka with improved organoleptic indices and nutrient value and their quantitative ratio exhibiting synergetic effect that ensures to use biologically active complex of flax seeds, to form pleasant aroma-forming complex with ethyl alcohol esters and to make very mild taste and typical vodka aroma to vodka. In production of this vodka ethyl alcohol "LUKS" of the highest quality and water treated by reverse osmosis are used. Except for, vodka is enriched with easily assimilable sugar and vitamin C resulting to enhancement of its nutrient value.
