FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: an aqueous-spirituous solution is prepared in a mixing tank by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water taken the amounts providing the blend strength 40%. Sodium hydrocarbonate and tartaric acid are dissolved preliminary in purified drinking water, solutions are mixed, mixture is hold for 15-60 min, filtered and added into mixing tank followed by stirring an aqueous-spirituous solution. The latter is purified in carbon cleansing battery. The filtration rate is up to 40 dal/h for fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h for regenerated carbon. The vodka is fed to a finishing tank and content of finishing tank is stirred thoroughly. Glucose and food sorbitol are mixed in the ratio = 4:1, dissolved in purified drinking water and added into finishing tank with intermediate stirring for 10-20 min. Then vodka strength is verified, corrected if necessary and stirred. Vodka is bottled with obligatory control filtration. The following components are used per 1000 dal of vodka: glucose, 3.0-5.0 kg; food sorbitol, 0.5-2.0 kg; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.1-0.5 kg; tartaric acid, 0.07-0.3 kg; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water as measured to provide the strength 40 vol.%. The proposed invention provides preparing vodka with improved organoleptic indices based on its softening and removing metals. Also, invention provides to enhance stability of vodka, to reduce content of toxic substances in body in its intake and to expand assortment of vodkas.
