FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to designs of tubing for injection of working agent in the form of ultra-supercritical or supercritical fluid into hydrocarbon-containing formation. Proposed invention is a tubing containing a pipe, the outer surface of which is wrapped by the first heat-reflecting material – stainless steel foil. Further, the second layer is a heat-insulating coating, which is covered from above with a protective casing, on the inner surface of which a second heat-reflecting material is applied – heat-resistant silver enamel. Two heat-insulated gripping zones are intended for pipe gripping with hydraulic wrench or spider during tubing assembly-disassembly. Tubing is made of aluminium-oxide ceramics with aluminium oxide content of more than 95% and a mixture of particles of metal and non-metal oxides and up to 5% of non-metal and non-metal not oxides. Each heat-insulated grip zone is equipped with outward-facing stiffening ribs fixed on the pipe surface by diffusion welding, forming cells for placement of heat-insulating coating in them.
EFFECT: improving heat-insulating properties of heat-insulating coating, reliability and tightness of connection of tubing string during their assembly into strings.
