SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding various materials, used in the production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The centrifugal disc grinder contains a cylindrical body 1 with loading 2 and unloading 3 branch pipes, oppositely rotating upper 4 and lower 5 discs. U-shaped bumpers 7 are rigidly attached to the lower end of the loading pipe 2 along the perimeter, to the outer vertical walls of which the upper horizontal disk 4 is rigidly attached, and the lower horizontal walls are in the same plane with the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4. A distribution cone is rigidly attached to the central protrusion of the lower horizontal disk 5, in the lower part of which a horizontal ring with vertical blades is rigidly fixed, on the outer ends of which prismatic hammers symmetrically located relative to the axis of rotation are rigidly fixed, located in U-shaped bumpers with a process gap between the outer profile of prismatic hammers and the profile of the inner surface of U-shaped bumpers. On the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk and on the upper surface of the lower horizontal disk, radial ribs are rigidly fixed with a vertical process gap between them. The minimum distance between adjacent prismatic hammers and adjacent U-shaped bumpers exceeds 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the crushed material. The vertical dimension of the prismatic hammers is Dmax. The vertical gap between the working surfaces of horizontal discs is (0.5...1.0)Dmax.
