FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding various materials and can be used in various industries. Disintegrator comprises housing (1) with rotors (2, 3) and horizontal disks (8, 10) installed therein and loading device (4). Multistep body (5) is rigidly fixed on one axis with loading device (4). Multi-stage rotor (11) with impact beats is rigidly fixed on the same axis with multistep body (5) on lower horizontal disc (10). Upper horizontal disc (8) is secured between upper (6) and lower (7) stages of multi-stage body (5), which has through radial prismatic channels (9). Through radial prismatic channels (9) are located symmetrically relative to two vertical planes of symmetry. Smaller base of each through radial prismatic channel (9) is located on inner surface of multi-stage body (5) and has width (0.1…0.2)Dmax on upper (6) and lower (7) stages, where Dmax – maximum size of particles of ground material, and height at each step (0.2…0.4)Hh, where Hh – height of multi-stage housing (5). On the upper horizontal disc (8) along the concentric circle with external radius R the row of impact plates (12) is rigidly fixed. On lower surface of upper cover (13) of housing (1) along concentric circle with inner radius R1 baffle plate (14) is rigidly fixed. Radial clearance between upper horizontal disk (8) of upper (2) rotor and inner cylindrical surface of housing (1) is more than 2Dmax, and R1>R. Annular gap between inner surface of multi-stage housing (5) and outer surface of multi-stage rotor (11) decreases from upper (6) stage to lower (7) (2…3)Dmax÷(1…2) Dmax.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the grinding process and efficiency of the finished product due to selective action on the material on the height of the housing.
