SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The tillage roller contains a hollow cylinder (2) equipped with an axis (1) with ribs (3) evenly spaced around the circumference. The ribs (3) are installed in a helical line and connect the vertical disks (4). Inside the hollow cylinder (2), a smooth cylinder (5) is installed, whose diameter is less than the radius of the hollow cylinder (2). The smooth cylinder (5) is equipped with an axis (6) mounted in bearings on tangs (7) on the axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2). The axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2) is mounted in the bearing supports (8) with the possibility of rotation separately from the vertical disks (4). On the axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2), a pulley (9) is rigidly mounted. On the surface of the smooth cylinder (5), an annular groove (10) is made in its center, connected by a belt (11) with the pulley (9). The dimensions of the cross-section of the annular groove (10) are equal to the dimensions of the cross-section of the belt (11). On the axis (1) of the hollow cylinder (2), the debalancers (12) are installed at an equal distance from each other. The diameter of the pulley (9) is made smaller than the inner diameter of the annular groove (10).
