SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of surface cleaning, particularly, can be used for cleaning the surface of pipes of a steam generator. In the invention, for cleaning the heat exchange pipes of a steam generator, installed in the vertical corridor between the bundles of heat exchange pipes is a manipulator configured to move and attach, a hoist connected with the manipulator and an attachment configured to rotate, mounted on the manipulator, connected with a high-pressure hose, remote control and video monitoring tools, wherein the manipulator is equipped with a guiding mounting frame, a coordinate head, a unit for removing sludge from the bottom of the steam generator, and auxiliary equipment.
