FIELD: engineering elements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a clamping fastening apparatus for fastening the fastened object to a structure with an equal-flange or multi-flange open profile in the cross-section. The apparatus is comprised of a fixed hitch, a movable hitch and a tie pin. The tie pin is configured to form a threaded connection with the hitches, allowing for adjustment of the distance between said hitches, and the hitches are equipped with fixing grooves allowing for fastening with a section of the structure with a possibility of entry thereof into the grooves, wherein a fastening hole for attaching the fastened object is made in at least one of the hitches.
EFFECT: creation of a design of a clamping fastening apparatus.
