SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for electrolytic coating and can be used in mechanical engineering, instrument making and other fields of technology. The robotic complex consists of an industrial robot with a reprogrammable control device, an electrode system, a rotary-horizontal system, an electrolyte supply system; the electrode system includes a cathode - a chrome-plated product, an anode, an electrical power supply system containing a high-voltage direct current source and consisting of a diode bridge and a laboratory autotransformer, while a capacitive induction filter, an oscilloscope with the ability to control the shape of the applied voltage and electric current, additional resistance, voltmeter and ammeter with the ability to control the electric current of the discharge; the rotary-horizontal system consists of a rotary-horizontal mechanism with the possibility of making circular movements, on which the chrome-plated product is located; The electrolyte supply system consists of a flow bath, located under a rotary-horizontal mechanism with the ability to collect flowing electrolyte from the product, from flexible electrolyte supply tubes connecting all elements of the electrolyte supply system, with the possibility of moving the robot according to the program specified on the reprogrammable control device.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy and quality of processing large-sized parts with a complex surface shape due to the use of a three-stage industrial robot compared to a two-stage one in the prototype; obtaining a high-quality nanostructured chromium coating due to exposure to high temperature resulting from the combustion of microdischarges.
