FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology for sorting and recovery of aviation aluminum alloys based on the technology of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). A fully automatic system for sorting and on-line recovery of aviation aluminum based on LIBS technology includes six parts: a unit (1) for feeding samples, a unit (2) for surface treatment, a unit (3) for positioning a material, a unit (4) for determining and analyzing using LIBS, a unit (5) for transportation and a unit (6) for sorting and recovery.
EFFECT: system can be used to perform online automatic determination, sorting and recovery of aircraft aluminum and has no requirements for the surface condition of recovered aircraft aluminum samples.
