FIELD: pumping systems.
SUBSTANCE: device is proposed for controlling a pump with variable speed in a liquid pumping system with flow and pressure requirements, containing a signal processor or processor module designed to: receive signals containing information about the characteristic curve of the system, about the required flow and pressure in the liquid pumping system, and about changes performed in real time by the operator of the pumping unit in relation to at least one control parameter, to regulate the performance of the liquid pumping system, and determine the corresponding signals containing information about the construction/reconstruction of at least one of the curves: the pump curve, the system curve or the control curve, to regulate the performance of the liquid pumping system in accordance with the required flow and pressure in the specified system based on the specified received signals.
EFFECT: tools for setting up pump control significantly change the procedures of setting up pump control, making it much easier to adjust the pump control during operation and maintain the pump, and are also suitable for all applications of unknown liquid systems, when it is needed to achieve optimal production efficiency of pumping liquid to save energy.
