FIELD: control devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for controlling a pump, and more specifically to a method for controlling a pump in a pumping system. An automatic self-controlled pumping system contains a pump/engine/drive detector and a module of automatic self-control and control design/installation. During operation, the pump/engine/drive detector receives measured signals containing information about the pump/drive for the operation of the pumping hydraulic system, for example, stored with the possibility to be read in a signature chip or an installed barcode. In this case, reading can be performed by a scanner, and it outputs corresponding database signals containing information about parameters to ensure automatic control of the design, installation and actuation of the pump to control the pump/drive for operation in the pumping hydraulic system, based on received measured signals. The module of automatic self-control and control design/installation receives corresponding database signals and outputs control signals containing information to ensure the automatic design, installation and actuation of the pump control to control the pump/drive for operation in the pumping hydraulic system, based on corresponding received database signals.
EFFECT: providing control over the operation of any system and reducing operating costs in the system.
