SUBSTANCE: energy independent data carrier is proposed for use in an information processing device in a vehicle control system. The data carrier stores parts of positional information, parts of cumulative relative frequency distribution information associated with individual vehicle directions. Parts of the frequency distribution information refer to data on traffic loads at points of positional information about vehicles passing through specified points, or data on traffic load values depending on the time of movement or the distance of movement from specified points. Also, the carrier contains instructions executed by the processor, instructing the processor to calculate a predicted value of the amount of traffic load depending on the time of movement or the distance of movement from an arbitrary point based on information about the cumulative relative frequency distribution associated with individual directions of movement of the vehicle at an arbitrary point. Also are proposed a vehicle control device, a method for generating data structure.

EFFECT: invention provides accurate prediction of the driving energy value.
