FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vehicles. Proposed vehicle comprises engine, catalytic neutraliser with electric heating and power supply unit for base material to be fed to conductive base material. Control unit determines whether material of conducting base is in stagnation period. Stagnation period occurs when water is present inside the catalytic neutraliser device with electric heating during the temperature increase of the conductive base material. Power supply of the base material is controlled so that it is lower than when determining that the material of the conducting base is not in the stagnation period.
EFFECT: reduced damage of base material.
