METHOD OF ESTIMATING RISK TO PREGNANCY IN PRENATAL PERIOD BY RESULTS OF MASS MONITORING OF PREGNANT WOMEN AT REGIONAL LEVEL Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2497437 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology. Age, presence of harmful habits and factors of labour and household, marital status, somatic parameters, body weight index, dimensions of pelvis and degree of its narrowing, term at which patient started to be monitored by antenatal clinic, genetic factors, obstetric-gynecological anamnesis, extragenital diseases, pregnancy complications are determined. Each of the factors of prenatal risk is additionally referred to one of levels of therapeutically-preventive institution: 1-st level is central regional hospital; 2-nd level is interregional perinatal centre, 3-rd level is republic perinatal centre. Obtained points are the summed up. If the sum equals 49 and lower, course and outcome of pregnancy are estimated as favourable, if the sum of points is from 50 to 169, course and outcome of pregnancy are estimated as doubtful, if the sum of points is from 170 to 249, course and outcome of pregnancy are estimated as unfavourable, if the sum of points is from 250 and higher, course and outcome of pregnancy are estimated as extremely unfavourable with urgent hospitalisation.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate individual degree of risk of development of complications of gestation period and future labour in pregnant woman, predict outcome of pregnancy with determination of standard group of risk by monitoring scale, determine optimal level of hospital for further monitoring and delivery.
