FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering. Radiation burner comprising a hollow body with gas supply nozzles, a gas-permeable cylindrical emitter made of a heat-resistant and heat-resistant material in the form of a hollow tube with a cap and a gas-permeable flow distributor that supplies gaseous fuel and oxidizer to the emitter. The flow distributor, located in the volume of the inner cavity of the cylindrical radiator, is made of heat-resistant and heat-resistant material in the form of a tube of arbitrary shape with a tip, such that the local flow rate of the fuel-air mixture from the outer surface of the distributor does not deviate by more than 15% from the average speed, and the length of the flow distributor is 0.4-0.99 of the diameter of the inner cavity of the radiator, the diameter of the distributor at the base is 0.2-0.99 of the diameter of the inner cavity of the radiator, while the gas permeability of all sections of the surface of the flow distributor is constant. The gas-permeable flow distributor in the form of a conical pipe with a cone opening angle of 5-30 degrees is made of a material with a porosity of 45-55% and an average size of gas transport channels of 200-600 microns.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of radiation heat transfer from the burner while reducing noise and carbon monoxide emissions.
