FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of cables for submersible oil pumps.. A combined steel cable for an electric submersible pump containing a steel tubular shell (1) and an insulating layer (2) is proposed. Moreover, the insulation layer (2) covers the outer peripheral surface of the ethylene-propylene shell (3), and the steel tubular shell (1) covers the outer peripheral surface of the insulation layer (2). At the same time, several signal cables are assembled and several tubes for the injected agent are located in the inner central part of the ethylene-propylene shell (3). Each signal cable assembly and each tube for the injected agent are staggered in the inner central part of the ethylene-propylene shell (3). The insulation layer is formed by a protective steel tube. Moreover, a cavity is formed between the insulating layer (2) formed by a protective steel tube and the ethylene-propylene shell (3) to prevent welding burning.
EFFECT: increased tensile strength, as well as providing effective insulation from the surrounding liquid, in particular, increasing resistance to corrosion.
