FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a sealed channel cable with identification marks and a method for production thereof. Logging sealed channel cable comprises a sealing layer. Cross-section of the sealing layer is polygonal or arched. In sealing layer there are at least one protective cable tube and at least one oil-liquid tube. A cable is laid in the cable protective tube. Identification marks with different color identifiers are located respectively on one side of the protective tube of the cable and on one side of the oil-liquid tube in unambiguous conformity. Proposed method comprises, at least, three stages, during which cable protective tube is processed mechanically and cable is laid, oil-and-fluid tube and sealing layer are mechanically processed.
EFFECT: present invention performs double function: oil and fluid transportation, as well as data transmission; sealing layer improves corrosion resistance of protective cable tube and oil-liquid tube; for easy identification of each protective tube of a cable or each oil-liquid tube, each identification mark has a unique color identifier; identification mark can also cut off the sealing layer in order to separate the sealing layer from the protective tube of the cable and the oil-liquid tube.
