SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forms of a compound 1 selected from a group consisting of a crystal form IX of the compound 1, hydrochloride salt of the compound 1 (compound 2), crystal forms I-VI of the compound 2, maleic salt of the compound 1 (compound 3), crystal form VII of the compound 3, lemon salt of the compound 1 (compound 4), crystal form VIII of the compound 4, where the specified crystal forms are characterized by X-ray diffraction patterns on the powder such as specified in the claims. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing the specified forms, their application and a method for treating cancer.
EFFECT: proposed are forms of the compound 1 that inhibit PI3K kinase and that are suitable for the treatment of cancer related to PI3K kinase.
