FIELD: data transmission.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of data transmission and provides a data transmission method, a communication device, a terminal device and a base station. Different configuration parameters are configured for data packets that have different severity attributes so that an important data packet is given high priority. The method comprises the steps of: determining, by the communication device, an attribute of a data packet to be transmitted, where the data packet attribute is used to indicate the importance of the data packet; and transmitting the data packet by the communication device using the configuration parameter corresponding to the data packet attribute.
EFFECT: invention increases the reliability of transmission of a data packet of relatively high importance, thereby reducing the impact on the transmission quality of the service to be transmitted in the event of network congestion.
