The set screw contains a rod part with a chamfer, where the diameter of the rod part is equal to or less than the inner diameter of the thread, a thread, a cylindrical flange, a cylindrical section with a diameter greater than the outer diameter of the thread, on which the flats are made, and a guide part formed by two radius fillets.
EFFECT: creation of a fastener, such as a set screw, with elements designed to guide and secure a counterpart, with improved operational properties and high manufacturability of manufacturing by various methods.
