FIELD: NPP seismic resistance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ensuring increased seismic resistance of nuclear power plants. The reactor compartment includes a reinforced concrete foundation slab 1, on which a base plate 4 is installed through the seismic elements 2 with a gap 3, a multilayer containment shell 5, fixed on the support plate 4 by means of radial support ribs 6. Inside the containment shell 5 there is a reactor installation 7, rooms with technological equipment 8, crane 9, mounted on a cargo platform 10, installed with a gap 11 on a base plate 12 through seismic damping elements 13, and a central transport shaft 14. Outside the containment shell 5, there are enclosures 15 and a transport tunnel 16 with a gate 17, connected to the central transport shaft 14 through a sealed lock 18 and passages 19. Seismic suppressing elements 2 and 13 are made in the form of supporting metal balls inside individual coaxial metal bowls 20. The floor slab 25 of the transport tunnel 16 is installed above the reinforced concrete foundation slab 1 with a gap 26, in which the seismic damping elements 2 are located inside the individual coaxial metal bowls 20. The soil 21 adjacent to the structure is fixed by the vertical slab 27, and the soil adjacent to the structure 15 above the transport tunnel 16, is fixed by vertical 27 and horizontal 28 plates with the formation of a gap between the horizontal plate 28 and the ceiling plate 29 of the transport tunnel 16.
EFFECT: increasing the operational reliability of the structure with significant horizontal seismic impacts.
