FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for the construction of civil and industrial dome structures for areas with increased seismic activity. The seismic-resistant dome structure includes large-sized reinforced concrete slabs, the longitudinal ribs of which are directed along the meridians, and in the lower part are rigidly connected to a support ring buried in the ground, and a reinforced concrete ring foundation. A horizontal structural gap is formed between the support ring and the annular foundation, in which support metal balls are placed in individual metal bowls with the possibility of their free movement in any direction of the horizontal plane. One metal bowl is fixed to the support ring, and the other to the ring foundation. Between the support ring and the adjacent soil, fixed by a concrete wall, a vertical structural gap is formed, with a width not less than the diameter of the metal bowl, covered at the level of the ground surface along the perimeter of the structure by a sliding blind area.
EFFECT: increasing the seismic resistance of the dome structure under significant multiple seismic impacts, ensuring the exclusion of deformation of the structure and increasing its operational reliability.
