METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLECULAR-IMPRINTED POLYMER Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C08F8/00 C08G73/02 B01J20/30

Abstract RU 2753850 C1

FIELD: analytical chemistry and molecular biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analytical chemistry and molecular biology and can be used to produce a polymer containing imprints (imprinting) of molecules, with its subsequent use for the analysis and separation of molecular material. A method for producing a molecular-imprinted polymer based on polyaniline on a substrate consists in cleaning the substrate and modifying it by oxidative polymerization of aniline or its derivatives in the presence of an oxidant to form an electrically conductive polyaniline film on the substrate, removing the residues of the oxidant and aniline or its derivatives, and conducting further synthesis in a mixture consisting of aniline or its derivatives and an oxidant in an acidic medium. The substrate is modified at a pH of 3 or less. Protein template molecules of the globulin or albumin classes are added to the synthesis mixture before introducing the oxidant, and additionally molecules of the oxy-reductase class are introduced in a molar ratio to protein template molecules from 0.1:1 to 2.5: 1. The synthesis is carried out at a concentration of aniline or its derivatives and an oxidant in the range from 10-5 to 10-3 mol/liter.

EFFECT: production of a layer of molecular-imprinted polymer (MIP) based on polyaniline (PANI), stable in its properties for a long time, including on protein molecules on electrically conductive surfaces, as well as on the surfaces of organic and inorganic non-electrically conductive polymer materials, while simplifying and reducing the cost of the PANI MIP synthesis procedure.
