FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a molecularly imprinted sorbent specific to mycotoxins, which consists in the synthesis of imprinted protein molecules, which involves adding to an aqueous solution of a protein molecule, a template molecule of mycotoxin and/or its structural analogue, cross-linking agent, purification by dialysis, immobilization, where protein molecule used is glucoxidase molecule, introduction of glucoxidase and template molecules into aqueous solution is carried out at values in the range of pH from 3.0 to 3.5, obtained reaction mixture is brought to pH 8.5 to 9.0 and sorbent is separated from solution by centrifugation after immobilisation, wherein immobilisation of obtained imprinted protein molecules is carried out on surface of micro- and nanoparticles of inorganic oxides.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining a sorbent resistant to mechanical and dynamic effects based on imprinted protein molecules for selective sorption of mycotoxins with a highly developed surface, based on micro- and nanoparticles of inorganic oxides, variably pre-coated with a layer of polyaniline, on the surface of which there is a layer of imprinted protein molecules based on a protein molecule with a large surface area – glucose oxidase (GO).
