FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to direct-flow valves used for controlling and regulating air and gas flows in manifolds. A pneumatic direct-flow valve with a two-diaphragm drive consists of a body with an internal working cavity bounded by the first and second covers with holes, and a cylindrical valve installed in the holes of the covers; a seat fixed in the body with holes on its periphery for gas flow, with an O-ring installed in it, interacting with the end face of the cylindrical valve in the closed position; connected to the covers of the direct-flow valve body of the inlet and outlet flanges. The working cavity in the detachable body has an annular partition fixed relative to the body, installed with seals relative to the body and relative to the outer surface of the cylindrical valve, forming two cavities between the partition and the covers. An annular diaphragm is installed in each of the cavities, dividing each cavity into the first and second chambers, the inner part of each annular diaphragm is fixed by annular strips on the protrusions of the outer surface of the cylindrical valve, its outer part is fixed by annular strips on the protrusions of the inner surface of the housing.

EFFECT: the drive reduces the amplitude of air pressure fluctuations in the chambers and the uncontrolled change in the braking force, reduces the diameter of the valve body, which is important when installing a pneumatic valve in a cabinet heated to achieve a stable operating temperature.
