FIELD: control valves.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to direct flow valves used for the control and regulation of air and gas flows in main lines. In the proposed pneumatic direct flow valve, a device for tracking a position of a movable cylindrical valve consists of a position sensor of the movable cylindrical valve with a rod and a tip, installed in a hole of a cover wall, interacting with the outer surface of the movable cylindrical valve, made on a saddle side in the form of a side surface of a truncated cone, a smaller base of which is the end of the movable cylindrical valve, an angle between a truncated cone generatrix and the outer surface of the movable cylindrical valve is in the range of π/12…π/6, and an angle between the axis of the hole in the cover wall and the outer cylindrical surface of the movable cylindrical valve is in the range of π/2…2π/3.
EFFECT: design of the valve with a position sensor provides for an increase in the reliability of tracking a position of the cylindrical valve and the transmission of an electrical signal to the system with electronic air supply control.
