FIELD: ultrahigh frequency equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave radio engineering, in particular to devices on magnetostatic waves, and can be used as a microwave signal demultiplexer. The microwave signal filter contains a rectangular-shaped film of iron-yttrium garnet placed on a substrate of gallium-gadolinium garnet, forming the first microwave guide, with input and output converters of surface magnetostatic waves, located on the film of iron-yttrium garnet, the second microwave guide, the source of the controlling external magnetic field. The second microwave guide is made of iron-rhodium and is located in the central part of the yttrium-iron garnet film perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the first microwave guide, while the height of the second microwave guide is selected in the range from 30 microns to 500 microns, and the width of the first microwave guide is equal to the length of the second one. The saturation magnetization of the iron-rhodium layer is M=1120 Hs.
EFFECT: extension of the filter's functionality, which allows it to be used also as a magnon logic device.
