FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to logic elements on magnetostatic waves. To achieve the technical result, a logical element is proposed, which contains input and output ports, a control port. Elements of electromagnetic coupling on magnetostatic waves are made in the form of a microwave guide structure containing three microwave guides of equal width, two of which are placed directly on the substrate in parallel to each other, and the third micro waveguide is arranged in parallel and symmetrically to the above-mentioned two microwave guides. Microwave guides are elongated strips of equal thickness from a film of iron-yttrium garnet on a substrate of gallium-gadolinium garnet. Input, output and control ports are formed by microstrip antennae for excitation and reception of magnetostatic waves. Inlet and outlet ports are located on the ends of one of the strips placed on the substrate, and the control port is on the end of the strip of the third microwave guide on the side of the input port.
EFFECT: creation of logic device of inverter/repeater type on surface magnetostatic waves with possibility of control of operation modes.
