FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. A method for cultivating Dothideomycetes is proposed, including mixing for 24 to 400 hours at least one mushroom with an inoculation density of 0.01 g of dry cell mass/l of medium/l to 50 g of dry cell mass/l and a medium with a dry substance content of 0.1 to 0.3 wt. % , the source of organic nitrogen is less than 0.1 wt. %; at the same time, at least one source of carbon in a concentration from 1 to 20 wt. % is added to the specified mixing of at least one mushroom and medium. At the end of mixing, from 30 to 90 wt. % of the medium and at least one mushroom are removed; then from 30 to 90 wt. % of the specified medium are added, and the specified medium additionally contains a carbon source. The step of the method, including the addition of at least one carbon source, and the following steps are repeated from 2 to 100 times with relative gas content from 0.005 to 0.5.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the yield of the target product, in particular beta-glucan, while maintaining costs at a level suitable for industrial scale production.
