FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining fermentation broth composition. Method comprises incubation of mixture, containing one or several fermentation broths, first organic acid component, second organic acid component, with pH from 3.5 to 5, temperature from 20°C to 50°C for 8-36 h. First organic acid component is selected from at least one of the following acids: acetic acid, acetic acid salt, formic acid, formic acid salt, propionic acid, propionic acid salt, or mixture of two or more of said acids in amount from 0.1 to 15 wt % of incubated mixture. Second organic acid component is selected from at least one of the following acids: benzoic acid, benzoic acid salt, cyclohexacarboxylic acid, cyclohexacarboxylic acid salt, 4-methylvaleric acid, 4-methylvaleric acid salt, phenylacetic acid, phenylacetic acid salt, or mixture of two or more of said acids in amount from 0.025 to 5 wt % of incubated mixture.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of quantity of viable cells of filamentous fungi, which constitutes at least 4 log.
