FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical ignition means, namely to induction heating, and can be used for heating products inside a sealed container, including that for the purpose of utilising pyrotechnic compositions, explosive substances (explosives), propellant powders and other chemicals contained in the product. An induction heating apparatus comprising a container, placed wherein are a body with a heated substance and an induction heater. The container is made tightly sealed from a material, the electromagnetic wave penetration depth wherein is greater than the thickness of the container wall. The induction heater is installed on the outer surface of the container. The body is made of a ferromagnetic material, wherein the resistivity of the material of the container is greater than the resistivity of the material of the body, and the magnetic permeability of the material of the container is less than the magnetic permeability of the material of the body. The induction heater is made with a magnetic circuit. Magnetic field concentrators are located inside the container.
EFFECT: provided is a possibility of reusing the induction heater, in the expanded range of working parameters (temperature, pressure) and strength of the components of the apparatus during heating of hazardous and toxic materials inside the container, and also in eliminated diffusion leaks of the heated substance, ensuring safety of the apparatus.
