FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric ignition means, namely to means of initiation of explosive substances (ES), pyrotechnic compositions (PTC), powder, and can be used in devices of explosive automation. Double-bridge electric igniter comprises a housing, inside which a metal sleeve is installed coaxially and a dielectric insulating element with four conductors passing through it with pairwise incandescent bridges adjacent to an ES charge made in the form of an ES weighed portions: initiating and output. Dielectric plate is installed on the end of the metal sleeve located inside the housing, and contacts with one side with the dielectric insulating element, and with the other side – with the initiating weighed portion of the ES. Conductors pass through the dielectric plate and are connected to the incandescent bridges deposited on the dielectric plate on the side of the initiating weighed portion of the ES. Arrester resting on a fixing element made in the form of a metal bushing filled with a dielectric filler is installed in a metal sleeve from the end located outside the housing, above the output weighed portion of the ES. In addition, a dielectric gasket is installed, on which a sealing element made in the form of a sleeve from dielectric material rests.
