SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquid purification and can be used in agriculture for cleaning irrigation water supplied to sprinkler machines. The filter for rough cleaning of irrigation water contains a cylindrical body, at one end of which, in the center, an inlet pipe is located, an outlet pipe is located on the body perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, installed with a significant offset to the end opposite from the inlet pipe, which is equipped with a cage with a sealing collar. The inlet and outlet branch pipes are equipped with connecting flanges and unions with pressure gauges. A removable cassette is installed in the body, containing a cover, on the inner side of which there is a transition cylinder, to which a filter element is connected, formed from perforated stainless steel sheets rolled into cylinders, connected in series with each other. At the end of the filter element there is a cage with a sealing lip. The cover of the cassette, equipped with a handle and connected to the body by means of bolted connections, is equipped with a flushing nipple with a tap located at the lower level of the filter element. The body is equipped with a drain nipple located in the same vertical plane with the outlet pipe and located in the lower part of the body from the side of the inlet pipe. Located at the end of the filter element, the cage for the sealing collar is welded and equipped with two support skis and guides that ensure its centering in the process of docking with the end of the inlet pipe located inside the housing. The edges of adjacent cylinders, formed from rolled perforated stainless steel sheets, are overlapped and connected by common rivets with short cylindrical couplings. Supports with height-adjustable paws are fixed on the body with the help of half-couplers.

EFFECT: simplification and optimization of the filter design for the conditions of its joint operation with the sprinkler, providing the ability to adjust the position of the filter in height and drain water from the housing cavity when installing the filter with the horizontal position of the outlet.
