SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for liquid purification and can be used in agriculture when cleaning irrigation water supplied to sprinkler machines. The coarse filter of irrigation water contains a cylindrical housing 1, on one end of which, in the center, there is an inlet pipe 2 and perpendicular to its longitudinal axis there is an outlet pipe 3 installed with a significant offset to the opposite end of the inlet pipe 2, which is equipped with a cage 4. The inlet and outlet pipes 2 and 3 are equipped with connecting flanges 6 and fittings 7 with pressure gauges 8. At the end of the inlet pipe 2, located inside the housing 1, a centering unit 9 is rigidly fixed, serving for centering the cassette 10. The centering unit 9 is made in the form of two semicircles or corners installed crosswise and made of a round bar, with the cross line rotated 45 degrees from the vertical or coincides with the vertical and horizontal. The cassette 10 installed in the housing 1 contains a lid, on the inner side of which there is a transition cylinder to which a filter element is attached, formed from perforated sheets rolled into cylinders, connected in series with each other. The edges of adjacent cylinders are installed overlapping each other and connected by common rivets. At the end of the filter element there is a welded cage. The lid 11 is equipped with a handle 19 and a flushing fitting 20 with a tap 21. The housing 1 is equipped with four U-shaped fasteners 22 for fixing the lid 11 using high-strength galvanized bolted connections 23. The housing 1 is equipped with three drain fittings 25 with plugs 26. Supports 28 with height-adjustable legs 29 mounted on galvanized studs 30 are fixed on the housing 1 with the help of semi-clamps 27.

EFFECT: increased reliability and simplification of the filter design, optimization of its structural elements, reduction of their metal consumption and simplification of manufacturing.
